Please email us with any questions prior to ordering. We know our products and brands very well and love to share that knowledge with our customers. We know you care about where your clothes are coming from, and we know that online shopping can be scary with no fitting room available! We are more than happy to answer any questions regarding color, material, sizing, fit, etc.

Orders will ship within 2 business days of when the order is placed. At that time you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you have not received this email check to make sure you entered your email correctly when submitting your order, then shoot us an email at email@example.com.
Honey & Wine will happily accept exchanges on full priced items that are unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with the original tags attached. You must send your exchange within 14 days of when it was delivered to you. You may exchange your item at that time or we can issue you a Honey & Wine credit which doesn't expire. We do not issue refunds.
All sale items are final sale, as well as full-priced items purchased using a discount code of 20% or more. These items cannot be exchanged.
We encourage customers to email us with any product or fit questions prior to ordering. We know our merchandise well and are more that happy to answer any questions regarding color, material, sizing, fit, etc. PLEASE email us before ordering if anything is unclear, especially for sale items, as they can not be exchanged.
Any regular delivery service may be used to send an exchange back. We do not cover return shipping. If there is an original shipping cost, that will not be reimbursed in the exchange / store credit issued.

Please include the original packing slip with your item(s) when you mail them back. We are not liable for lost packages. We encourage you to add insurance and tracking to your package. Be sure to package items properly so they arrive safely in their original condition allowing the exchange to happen smoothly.
Emailing us before you exchange an item may be helpful. If there is another size you want we are happy to hold that size. If you include tracking info in the email, that may help speed up the process.
Although we hope this never happens, if you receive an item and feel that it is defective in some way please send us an email. We want our customers to be happy and we take pride in the quality of the items that we sell.
We will always get back to you ASAP but please allow for up to one business day from when you've sent your email. We are reachable by phone or email during our regular business hours listed above, excluding major holidays.
